VICOM Ltd also provides training and consultancy services to companies in Singapore and abroad. We have undertaken projects in Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Philippines, Thailand and People's Republic of China. In 1985, we were consultant/adviser to OMACO of Saudi Arabia and helped set up inspection centres there. In 2003, VICOM secured a B$1.5 million vehicle inspection project for the Land Transport Department of Brunei.

With our proven track record, we continue to offer such expertise to interested parties. Currently, we are keen in forming joint ventures and alliances with overseas partners, with the aim of pursuing better synergistic growth. We are continuously on the lookout for business opportunities related to the management of vehicular pollution and safety, both locally and overseas.
