Can I use other credit cards like VISA and Masters?

Only Diners Club Singapore cards, including the Diners Club/VICOM Cobrand “V” Card are accepted.

Inspection has to be completed within 60 days.

Yes, it can be done at all VICOM and JIC Centre

You may visit during our inspection operating hours. Join the inspection queue and inform our inspector of the prepayment. Once the prepayment is verified, proceed with inspection.

Currently, pre-payment is only available for periodic inspection service.

Can I still use the same QR Code after timeout?

If it is expired, you may select PayNow prepayment option again at our Website. Please ensure no duplicate payment has been made.

You may press and hold the QR Code picture and save as image. Alternatively, to screen shot the QR Code in your mobile. You may also refer to the instructions www.vicom.com.sg
