Ms Tan Yen Yen is an Independent Non-Executive Director of VICOM LTD and a member of the Nominating & Remuneration Committee and Technology Committee.

A seasoned listed company board director and technology leader, Ms Tan has over three decades of global experience spanning Asia, Europe and the United States. She brings deep expertise in corporate governance, digital transformation and talent development, alongside a strong commitment to advancing gender diversity in leadership.

She serves on the boards of Jardine Cycle & Carriage Ltd, ams-OSRAM AG (listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange), EdgeConneX Inc., a non-listed US company and EQT Group portfolio company and audax Financial Technology Pte Ltd. She has also held senior executive roles across multinational organisations, including Vodafone Global Enterprise, SAS Institute, Oracle and Hewlett-Packard, driving strategy and operational excellence.

Key in shaping Singapore’s infocomm sector, she used her strengths in growing markets and developing talent through industry leadership and public-sector advisory roles with SGTech, IDA/IMDA, the Future Economy sub-committee and NUS School of Computing.

The President of the Republic of Singapore appointed her as a Justice of the Peace in 2018.

Ms Tan holds an Executive MBA from Helsinki School of Economics Executive Education and a degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.
