Mr Ng Soon Lee is the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Setsco Services Pte Ltd. He is responsible for the overall management of SETSCO. He joined Setsco Service in 2025 as Assistant Divisional Director of Mechanical and Electrical Technology Division with focus to expand the Electrical and Electronics business.

He brings over 25 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry, having held senior leadership roles in global multinational corporations.

He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia.
