Mr Chung Tying Chun is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of VICOM Ltd. Since joining the Group in 2013, he has held several key leadership roles across VICOM and SETSCO, including managing the Ancillary Operations Division and the Biological & Chemical Technology Division. He was promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SETSCO Services Pte Ltd and subsequently appointed its Chief Executive Officer on 1 March 2023. Mr Chung holds a Master of Chemical Engineering (First Class Honours) from University College London and a Master of Business Administration (Strategy) from the National University of Singapore.
